The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) plans, designs, manages, delivers and funds the delivery of First Nations Health Programs in British Columbia. This year, almost 21,000 First Nations and Aboriginal people will participate in the Aboriginal Day of Wellness where the goal is to have every Aboriginal person active on Aboriginal Day.

Through their social media outreach leading up to the Aboriginal Day of Wellness, the FNHA will deliver messages and engage with their audience about a number of important topics for First Nations’ health and wellness: Being active, Healthy eating, Maintaining a healthy body weight, Nurturing spirit and Respecting tobacco.
