Toronto, ON – It was a dark and cold night in the middle of January,  Our new baby woke up screaming, for us this was quite scary. As new parents, we panicked and wondered what to do, We needed advice and help, someone to give us a clue. We remembered a commercial we saw on the tv, About a service called telehealth that can help us quickly. We called them and got a nurse on the phone, She assessed our child’s condition and made us feel we were not alone. She had access to digital information,  That helped identify our babies condition. She gave us advice to get us through the night, In the morning we went to our doctor and everything was alright.  You see this system prevented an emergency room visit, And now with other parents we share this great tip.
